These extra large Men's Soft Shell Ski/Snowboard Gloves from Freehands are made with a water-repellent polyester outer shell and a soft, warm velour lining. The gloves are breathable and have a full digital-grip palm. Magnets hold down the index finger and thumb caps for using your smartphone. The gloves feature an adjustable web strap and cord lock. For added dexterity, the thumb is suede.

Good for temperate climates

Reasonably warm in freezing weather, adequate for Photography, but not rugged enough for general outdoor adventures. This is my 2nd set; the first set came apart at the seams when I used them to shovel snow. However I like them and now that I know their limitations I will use them accordingly.

I put on the gloves, and its quite comfy. however the winter time was over, and I have no way to try it on outing yet. I cannot tell if its weather proof, or keeping warm or not. Judging from its build quality, its should be ok for light use, but definitely not tough and solid enough  as your only skiing gloves.

Tengo ya otros dos guantes frehand, estos los usar?? en viajes a la los nevados en Colombia y en una traves?a a la Ecuadory el sur de Bolivia. Son abrigados pero dan movimientos para los dedos. Muy buena marca.

Gloves keep hands warm, length is good as it allows coat sleeves to be pulled over the ends of the gloves. The flip fingers work well with the magnets holding them out of the way when used. All in all the gloves work very well.

Pretty Good Drone Gloves

Did a lot of shopping around for gloves I could use to fly a drone in really cold weather. These gloves have done a pretty good job of just that so far. I fly full-time and being outside in the northeast during winter can be pretty challenging. These gloves have kept my hands plenty warm while also giving me just enough dexterity to fly the drone with good control. My fingertips do get cold, but right after I land I can easily warm them back up just by putting them inside the finger flaps. So all in all, they do the job well enough and keep my entire hand from being frozen while flying. Would recommend to other Drone pilots or photographers.

Use a tape measure to measure the knuckle circumference of your dominant hand. Match that to the sizes offered. This glove has the dimensions of men's XL: 9.5 to 11.0" / 24.1 to 28.0 cm.

Do they even come in a small? Or is medium the smallest they make? I usually wear a small in gloves so wondering if the medium would fit since I can't find them in a small anywhere.

When producing Colorado Xtreme in Vail area I bout 20 pair for the crew. Every crew member found them invaluable in subfreezing temps. As for size two of the crew had small female hands and found the medium perfect. Good luck.

Is that a pocket on the back of the glove that could hold a chemical hand-warmer packet?

I went ahead and bought these gloves, and yes, a handwarmer packet will fit in the outside back pocket. You need to squeeze it in; not as easy a fit as my other ski gloves.
