We connected to the projector and follow the recommended steps for program the device but is not working, we are pending to contact Elite screens for help as recommended in the instructions

This is an excellent accessory to have! It works perfectly every time by transmitting an RF signal to the screen. Ours is hidded above the suspended ceiling so you don't even see it.
