Does the job, nice large soft source, but came from factory bent at mount. I assume it is not packaged at B&H, so I had to slightly readjust the Bowens mount for it to fit my units. Snug fit now and takes a little bit of work to get it out, but I'm leaving it on one unit. The quality of the white is semi matte and looks good on skin tones, it does the job for good price. I appreciate the crate and diffusion where not additional add ons and came with it.

Cheap and inaccurate.

I have a lighting kit that consists of Nikon SB-5000 flashes. I use these to adapt my flashes Godox S-Type Speedlite Bracket for Bowens. This beauty dish adapter fits great.

Purchased this to replace a different ring on a lighting modifier. It does the job.

Too deep for Godox AD400 Pro flash

It fits the Bowens mount fine, but the ring is so deep that the flash tube on my Godox AD400 Pro is below the inner face of the beauty dish. It prevents all the light radiating out from the sides of the tube from illuminating into the dish. Instead a large portion of the light is wasted inside the adaptor ring. I wish it was a shorter distance between the Bowen lugs and the flange ring that attaches to the beauty dish.

Wish it were permanently attached to the beauty dish so I didn't have more parts to worry about. But for the price, I can't complain too much. Still worth it.

No, the Impact Beauty Dish Adapter for Impact Monolights, Bowens, Travelite, Cowboy, Interfit Stellar, JTL, Photoflex, Rime Lite, Westcott Flash Heads would not be compatible for use with the Elinchrom ELC 500 TTL Studio Monolight. If you are looking for an Impact speed ring, the Interfit EX Flash Heads, B&H # IMBDAELI, would instead be the correct speed ring for your usage needs.
