My only complaint is cost and availability. Almost no one carries this and those that do charge A LOT for it. If it were more widely available and more reasonably priced, then I'd love it. I bought this 4 years ago after being dissatisfied with the thicker, less transparent, and overall lower quality silicone keyboard covers that flood the market. This item is top notch. It's barely discernible visually or tactily and it keeps debri from getting behind the keyboard better than any other keyboard cover on the market.� The one I bought 4 years ago was beginning to discolor on the keys that I use most. I tried cleaning it with every cleaning agent I could find, but nothing helped. So I bought a new one. I'm happy to buy a new one every 4 years. It's that good.

It's not bad, could be better

Pros: It does what supposed to. It covers the keyboard, and keeps it clean, but Cons: it comes off the keyboard easily, especially when you're using the keys around the edge (maybe i have sticky fingers, who knows..), it's kind of flimsy. I thought keyboard covers were supposed to be like that, but no, a friend of mine has one for her macbook pro (not this one) and it doesn't come off as you type. I think the problem is that the cover doesn't extend much beyond the keyboard. It'd stay more in place if there was more plastic around the edges, know what I mean?

If you are worried about getting dust, liquids or debris on your keyboard, the Clear Guard is a must have. It is very high quality, thin and fits the keyboard very well. It makes the keys slightly harder to press but over time, easy to get used to. If you pair this with the iVisor screen protector, the MacBook Air won't close fully BUT the gap is only about a nanometer.

Fits perfectly, keeps dust dirt, cookie crumbs, everything out of the keyboard. Dont even notice it is there, stays put (unless there is a strong wind or you turn the keyboard upside down). Love it. This is my third or fourth among various laptops and desktops. Just wish Moshi hadnt stopped making this size. So glad B&H still had one in stock!
