Logitech S150 Reviews
Sleek little pair of speakers, but lacking in volume. Maximum volume is like a medium setting.
A Goof System
I was almost skeptical when I bought it at this price .... until I plug it. It sounds beautifully and loud enough. Most of the time, I have to reduce the sound level. It has a clear and pristine sound. To me, this package is easily a Five Stars one.
Less cables, great!
I love that it only uses a USB cable for less clutter.
Quality of Speakers
The sound quality of this Logitech S-150 speaker system is SUPERBE. The speakers sit 28 in front of me, the pitch of the HIGHS & LOWS produced by the speakers is far greater than what I expected for such a small speaker system. I would highly recommend this speaker system.
I bought a USB-C monitor with terrible, weak built-in speakers and no audio output jack. Having to plug a 3.5mm speaker cable directly into my MacBook would have ruined the One-Cable setup that I purchased the monitor for in the first place. These speakers were the perfect solution. The monitor does have a built in hub with available USB type A inputs. Plug these little guys into one of those, adjust the MacBook settings to default to external USB speakers when available and I have the desktop setup I was looking for. These speakers receive both power and audio inputs through a USB cable. No need for a 3.5mm or bluetooth connection. They are by no standard powerful, or dynamic. They are however functional and allow me to hear Youtube Videos and my Video calls with no issues. The built in monitor speakers couldn't even do that. They are also smaller than you would expect, so the don't require too much real estate on crowded desks. And they don't really seem to have any equivalent products in the market competing with them. Very please with the results.
Good value for basic speakers
I wanted some inexpensive speakers to use with my HP desktop, and these are more than adequate. My only gripe is that came with almost no instructions. Connecting to the computer is straightforward, but no info was provided as to the function of three switches on the front face of one speaker.
Best General Use Speakers
I always hated buying speakers for the computer; they always seem to be problematic. But these plugged in USB and worked without having to restart. They sound great and the volume controls and mute are easy to use. Very happy with this purchase.
Great little speakers, pretty loud-- even on the quietest setting. These are obviously not high end speakers but those were not my expectations and I was not disappointed at all. I would definitely recommend.
