The unit is very loud and the hose is to short, is this typical for this type of computer vacuum cleaner? also can't figure out how to attach the carrying strap to the unit.
Asked by: Anonymous
B&H for me has always provided excellent equipment and fast delivery. Tech support is also very good. This one slipped through the testers hands. Your correct it is loud gets very hot and you should not vacuum any way. You can reverse the hose to blow, but there is always the possibility you could loosen a part. I do not recommend this

Will the voltage of this product be suitable for use in Australia ?
Asked by: Eric S.
You will need a step down AC transformer at the very least because your voltage in Australia is 230 VAC/50 Hertz while the standard voltage in the USA is 120VAC/60 Hertz. Also the speed of the motor/fan will run slightly slower in Australia since your frequency is at 50 Hz rather than 60 Hz.
