I had previously written a review on this product and also sent an email to the company expressing my dissatisfaction. I was then contacted by a company executive the same evening and I was given assurance that my problems would indeed be resolved the following Monday. Indeed they were! Although I cannot retract my previous review, I would like to set the record straight that Eartec is truly a customer service centered company and my expectations were exceeded.

Dumbest product design I've ever seen.

After purchasing the power unit and three headsets, upon their arrival I discovered that the headsets had 4-pin XLR connectors and the power unit has 3-pin XLR connectors. I discovered that beltpacks were necessary to use the headsets I had ordered. I then spent an additional $ each for the beltpacks and upon receiving them discovered that while the 4-pin XLR on the headset fits, there is a 3-pin male connector on the beltpack. Now I have to purchase female-to-female XLR adapters in order to connect the beltpacks to the power unit. Also, there is no way that these could slip easily into a pocket, given they would have a cable plugged into both ends.
