This SureFire UE Switch Housing Rear Cap Assembly features a 7.0" cable and a tactical pressure-sensitive switch. It was designed for their Scout lighting system, and offered here as a replacement part.

They changed the caps on newer models, including my m300 and m600 ultras. Threads about 1/2 a turn on, making the o-ring/waterproof useless. I contacted Surefire and ordered the correct assembly

Surefire quality as expected
This is another well made product from Surefire. The quality is everything you'd expect from Surefire. The switch is great at doing its job and is a real nice addition for those tactical applications. I actually mounted this switch with Surefires E1B backup flashlight. The description for this switch and flashlight do not indicate that they are compatable, but they are. For me, the use of them together was necessary for installation on my Kriss Super V. Nice work Surefire.
Fits the current generation bodied Scout lights just fine.
I bought this pressure switch to use with my Surefire E1B that I have mounted in my Kriss Vector. Installation was super easy and the amount of pressure you have to use to activate the light is perfect. I really have nothing bad to say about this product. It has solid build quality.
