This was a replacement microphone for my mother's hearing device and she says it's way better than the original microphone. She's happy, so I'm happy!

I bought two of these to use in a binaural recording setup. They do an admirable job of picking up sounds that are even quiet or distant. I'm not an audiophile so I can't really compare them to high end equipment.

The Williams Sound products far outperform my hearing aids and it is great that B&H stocks replacement parts for them. My advice to any hearing impaired person - skip the hearing aid (save $1000's) and use Williams sound products!
