I wants use for dual monitor from single laptop its possible to use it ?

That will not work for what you are trying to archive.If you already have a monitor connected and need to add a second one the easiest way to do that is by using an external graphic card like https://<a href= target= _blank ></a>

the switch is not working between mac and pc.when i switch to mac it is working. when it comes to PC the keyboard and mouse are not working and the led flashes on the switch. any solution?

I'm not that techno but have you tried switching cables? Other than that, the switch isn't that complicated.

Right now I am using the device to share my monitor, keyboard and mouse. How do I unplug the monitors so that i only share the keyboard and mouse?

You can leave the USB ports connected for the KYBD and Mouse including the wireless type. Then just remove the video cables.
