This product does all 3M says it will do. No more clicking to minimize a screen while working on something confidential when someone walks into the office; the angle of visibility is quite narrow. The reduction in glare is just a bonus to me.
This product is as expected. Easy to install and use. It really keeps others from seeing your screen properly. It's awesome.
Privacy Filter works really well - the screen appears black from any angle. Screen fits well within the monitor frame - didn't need to use any of the mounting tape that came with it. The screen does have slight shadowing, which makes the contrast slightly darker, but it doesn't interfere with my ability to see clearly.
I use this privacy filter in my office, I'm an IT and sometimes i have to modify or read some documents with sensible data that other users have not to see, so if sombody is near me .. it seems that i wrire on a switched off monitor!
This works great and makes me feel more comfortable while working at my desk. It works best up closer to the computer. From a distance it leaves a much wider angle open to see.
This is a great item, especially if you have nosie coworkers!!! It is easy to apply on monitor screens and stays very well. Can't see anything unless you stand directly in front of the screen. Would buy again! Thanks.
