The Dalite 52 x 92" Model B with CSR (Controlled Screen Return) Manual Projection Screen is an example of design excellence wrapped in a simple package. This wonderfully functional and affordable screen is just the solution for a schoolroom, office seminar room, library or university setting. With a gentle pull on the enclosed cord, the screen rolls down smoothly - and retracts with the same ease.
The Controlled Screen Return feature means that the speed of the screen is moderated and will not damage the system when it retracts or cause undo "flap".
The Controlled Screen Return feature means that the speed of the screen is moderated and will not damage the system when it retracts or cause undo "flap".
Much like the school screens of years ago, this model is for those who need a strong and rugged "pull-down" type surface with none of the bells and whistles of more sophisticated, electronic models.
question
The screen dimensions are listed as 92 (wide) x 57.5: (high). That should yield an aspect ratio of (92(/(57.5) = 1.6 Why is the aspect ratio advertised as 1.85:1 ?
The screen's image size is 57.5 x 92 (1.5 x 2.3 m) thus the diagonal is 109 (2.7 m) resulting in an aspect ratio of 16:10. This is a B&H web error and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

question
For this Model Screen B36465, what distance should an overhead project be mounted at?
That depends on your projectors. Different projectors have various throw ratios. For instance, from 10 feet away, some projectors might project an image 5 feet across, others might project an image 15 feet across. Also, some higher end projectors have interchangeable lenses allowing you to choose the throw ratio necessary to suit your installation.

question
Hello, I was wondering if the screens develop a wave in it, after a while? We had one, tripod and after a few years, it did. Thanks
Mine definitely has waves in it. Pull-down will, as far as I know, almost always develop waves unless they are tab-tensioned , which is very expensive. That being said, it's unnoticeable with the image projected. And mine might be a special case because the projector screen stayed open very often and was in front of a window
