The only difference is that the Mac version is ready for Mac/iOS out of the box. The Standard model might require some adjustments. Besides that, the Mac model is offered in White or Space gray, while the other model is offered Black.

This Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac Wireless Mouse (Space Gray), would not work with Windows. As it only has driver support for Mac operating systems.

It there still a bottom option of feet to tilt the keyboard like all other Logitech MX keyboards?
I found a SLA manufacture that has made custom back feet for this keyboard and they just slide on, make it's much easier on arthritic hands. If you would like the link just let me know. It's a GREAT keyboard now.

No, the Logitech MX Mechanical Keyboard can only connect wirelessly, either with Bluetooth or the included dongle. The USB cable is for charging only.
