For a more immersive movie and TV experience, add the LG SPQ8-S Wireless Surround Speakers to your S80QY, S80QW, or S90QY soundbar. Your soundbar sends rear channel audio to the SPQ8-S receiver, which is then sent to the rear speakers with the included speaker cables. Together they provide rear audio with 140W of power. Each speaker can be easily placed on a table or bookshelf, or wall mounted with optional mounts.

I bought these a few weeks ago and they connected easily to my LG S90QY through WiFi. I have to assist them up to plus 5 to notice them tbh. I am not impressed overall but with a change to their elevation I'm hoping I will like them more

The SPQ8-Ss complete the sound field, and movies have never sounded so good!! Ordered another S90QY AND SPQ8-S rears speakers for our master bedroom!

I did not want to run the wires on the floor from the tv, so the hub idea worked great, The rear wires were no issue because I can on the floor behind the bed. I put the speakers on the wall, and left the hub beside the bed. Great sound overall. I love the rea sound effects. A bit louder on the rears would be cool, but only noticed it a few times. no distortion or dropout. A cool add!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these rear speakers along with my recent purchase of the LG S90QY soundbar to accompany my LG C2 OLED TV. Although advertised as "wireless rear speakers", keep in mind that the speaker modules themselves are not wireless; they are wired, connected to a wireless *receiver*, which you then pair with the soundbar wirelessly. Overall, I'm satisfied with these speakers. The setup is really easy and straightforward; sound quality wise, it is only ok. I was expecting a true immersive experience when playing back Dolby Atmos content from my TV, but it was very difficult to discern any of the sounds coming from these speakers (fyi: the surrond sound toggle is turned off by default, so you will need to turn it on via the app or the remote control of the soundbar. I did make sure this was turned on when testing the Atmos content). However, when playing back non-Dolby Atmos content (i.e. standard 5.1 surround sound), these speakers worked well. Given many more content out there are Dolby Atmos, I would expect these speakers would deliver that high quality, immersive sound that would complement my soundbar. Overall, I would still recommend this product if the cost will not break your bank. Otherwise, should LG release an updated or compatible rear speaker module for the S90QY soundbar with improved quality over Dolby Atmos content, I would wait for that.
Bought this to compliment the new S90QY soundbar I have, and it is a choice I would make again. As close to theater experience as you can get. I would highly recmmend this to anyone.
