    I just upgraded my desktop computer to an Apple Studio and wanted a keyboard with Touch ID. This keyboard is wireless and has a rechargeable battery. The Touch ID allows me to unlock the computer, open apps, websites and process payments with just a touch on my finger. The keys have a nice feel and the battery lasts a long time. Well with the cost.

    This keyboard is so worth the extra money. Touch ID makes it so easy to log in instantly and to use credit cards. The number pad is great to have, and there is a button for easy toggling between foreign alphabets. Truly fantastic.

    Wonderful keyboard, touch ID is a great thing to have on the external keyboard. Battery lasts a long time. Only drawback is that it's quite flat ... I put small adhesive bumps under each back corner to raise it a bit for ergonomics.

    Like most apple products its sleek and cool looking. The experience of using it, however, is not that cool. It basically feels exactly like typing on my macbook. For a full sized keyboard i would prefer a better experience than a laptop keyboard. If you love the macbook keyboard you will love this keyboard. I prefer a full sized key experience but wanted the finger print unlock. I will keep using it and try to get used to it.

    Nice Apple product if you need the finger print security. Otherwise Logitech has a great alternative for a better price.

    connectivity and typing experience is par for the course with other apple products. the only improvement I would like to see on the next version is backlit for lowlight conditions, otherwise is 10/10.

    It's mostly compatible with older Macs. Touch ID does require an Apple Silicon (M1, M2 processor).
