The foam-covered adapter mounts on the bottom of your gimbal via a 1`/4"-20 screw, or the included 1/4"-20 to 3/8"-16 screw adapter bushing, allowing you to work with a variety of gimbals. The foam adapter then slides onto the mounting pin of the arm, providing both support and stabilization as you walk, jog, run, and move up or down stairs.
