Z CAM IPMAN Overview

Wirelessly monitor your HDMI camera video from up to 328' line-of-sight with the IPMAN S HDMI Wireless Video Streaming Device from Z CAM. This device features a switchable transmit/receive mode so you can use it as either a transmitter or as a receiver in multiple configurations with other devices. You can simultaneously transmit up to a 1080p60 video signal from an HDMI source to up to four destinations such as other IPMAN S units, a smartphone, or a tablet. When using two IPMAN S units, the signal is encrypted to secure your transmission and prevent prying eyes.

In addition to an HDMI input from the camera and HDMI output for loop out or Rx output mode, the IPMAN S also features a USB Type-C output, so you can connect it to a computer for a live streaming option. You can also utilize the IPMAN S to wirelessly control your camera's functions on select cameras using a mobile device, and you can also preview your camera's image on a smartphone or tablet.

The IPMAN S can be powered using its integrated L-series battery plate or by a separately available power adapter. The device can be mounted on a variety of mounts, cages, and rigs using its integrated 1/4"-20 thread.

Seriously. Most other transceiver systems below $1,000 are not good. These are very decent. Multiple powering options is a bonus (NPF or DC barrel). P.S. If you need service for anything Z Cam in the U.S., check Soltys Cameras in Ohio. They're partnered with Z and can help you out if you ever need service or have questions. They fixed my broke E2-F6 on the cheap, so this is my indebted plug for 'em.

Simply Amazing

I was able to plug it into my Camera streaming setup that I use for Spotting for ELR Shooting and share the view with 4 others that were also shooting... It was simply amazing and was so easy to use. I was surprised that it even had audio which I really never even thought about. I'm thinking about buying another one to put in series so I can have up to 8 people viewing at once.

I was super suspicious of this product. I hoped it was as advertised but doubted it would be for $150. Let me say, I am blown away! I have two iPads that I can now give my clients and they can watch the shoot. It's such a game changer, no move heavy and expensive monitors and wireless systems that loose sync and don't work half the time. Have never had a dropout or frozen image. Punches through inside house walls without a problem. Going to purchase a second one and try out pulling focus with them liked together. Only downside is the lag for the mobile streaming isn't quite fast enough for focus pulling. You won't regret buying this. I love mine!

Android App doesn't work

Rx/tx mode works and is easy to use (has about 100-150ms latency), android app hasn't worked on the 3 different devices I tested it on. a little disappointed since it says it's compatible with Android. also, this currently does not support 23.98 fps and only supports 24-60fps. this is another thing Z Cam needs to fix before people should consider this as a serious option. overall Ok so far, but needs to meet the advertised expectations.
