If you have allergies, suffer from asthma or just want to enjoy clean air in your home, the Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 3H can help. It utilizes HEPA filtration to remove 99.5% of fine particulates and gases in a room. The 3H is specifically designed for most living room sizes, with a cleaning area of 269 to 484 square feet. In addition to air purification, the 3H also features the ability to display the current indoor temperature and humidity level. All three values are shown on the built-in OLED display.
Control Remotely
Supporting Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n), the Mi Air Purifier 3H can be conveniently controlled with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app. You can use it to change the temperature readout, adjust the air cleaning modes, and more. In addition to the mobile app, you can use either Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa to control the unit via voice commands.
Air Purification
With its integrated fan and replaceable HEPA filter, the Mi Air Purifier 3H can provide thousands of cubic feet of clean air per hour. For fine particulate, the 3H's PCADR (Particles Clean Air Delivery Rate) is approximately 13,420 cubic feet of air per hour. For formaldehyde and other gases, the FCADR (Formaldehyde Clean Air Delivery Rate) is approximately 2119 cubic feet of air per hour.
OLED Display
The bright and colorful OLED panel can display a variety of information. The primary value is the PM2.5 value, which denotes the current air quality. The PM2.5 value is based on particulate matter that's 2.5 microns in width. If the screen is red, there are 4.2 or higher micrograms of particulate per cubic foot in the room. If the screen is orange, there are 2.2 to 4.2 micrograms per cubic foot, and if green, the air only has 0 to 2.1 micrograms per cubic foot. The display also shows the current indoor temperature, humidity, mode, and Wi-Fi status.
Operation Modes
A variety of operation modes are available to help you adjust air cleaning efficiency and noise levels.
Automatic: This mode lets the Mi Air Purifier 3H decide how to adjust operation based on indoor air quality
Sleep: This sets the 3H to an ultra-low noise mode to provide better sleeping conditions
Manual: This lets you set and save the coverage area and specific purifying efficiency
Fan Speed: Low, medium, or high

Filter Replacement
The included HEPA filter has a 6 to 12-month lifespan, and the 3H can tell you exactly how much time is left. Simply unplug, plug in, and turn on the air purifier or open and close the filter compartment. This will trigger the 3H to display the remaining filter life on the OLED panel as a percentage. Once the filter's life is at 10% or lower, the value and a QR code will be displayed every time you turn on the 3H.
