Not impressed with the product. Phone conversations sound unnatural, the noise cancellation feature is almost not there, I guess I'll just use them it as headphones.

This is one of the best affordable headsets that I have tried. It does everything I need for my business. One drawback is that when calling from a computer you cannot tap the headset to hang up the call. However, I love this headset!!

This headset is very comfortable, has excellent battery life, and works with competent software from Poly if you choose to download it. I use the included Bluetooth adapter on my PC along with 2 other Bluetooth adapters for wireless mice so I can switch hands when needed and I've experienced no Bluetooth interference. This is an excellent value and I love being able to pace around on phone calls during work.
