Just like a traditional dimmer switch, the Wemo WiFi Smart Dimmer Switch from Belkin is installed in your wall to control your lights, but unlike a traditional dimmer, you can control your lights from the wall, a mobile app, or with your voice. The dimmer connects to your home's Wi-Fi network, and the mobile app supports iOS and Android devices. With multiple Wemo dimmers (available separately) around your home, you can use the app to control one dimmer or all of them.

The voice command feature is ideal for when you're busy and need hands-free access to your lights. The Wemo Dimmer supports Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, and Google Assistant. Additional modes and scheduling features allow you adjust your lighting to your lifestyle. Have them turn on while you're away, sync with the time of day, and more. Regardless of your type of lighting, the dimmer switch can handle it. It's engineered to work with incandescent, CFL, or LED bulbs without flickering.

Night Mode
Getting up to check on the kids or grab a midnight snack? With Night Mode, you can set the optimal brightness level based on the time of day. That way you're not blinded when you turn on the lights.
Away Mode
For added safety, it's important to make it look like someone's at home, whether you're at work or on vacation. With a mechanical timer, someone watching your home may detect a pattern and realize your home is actually vacant. With Away Mode, the Wemo dimmer will randomize light changes to make everything look more natural and realistic.
Scheduling
Set it and forget it! With the Wemo and the mobile app, you can schedule the dimmer to turn on or off at specific times of the day, or you can synchronize it with sunrise and sunset.
Works with Other Wemo Devices
If you own additional Wemo devices, you can group and control them all through the dimmer. A two-second press of the dimmer button can make multiple Wemo devices respond, and a long press can turn everything on, off, or set lights to Away Mode.

Outside Garage Light Switch

DO NOT BUY if you expect to use the switch in a detached garage away from your router location. I have 2 switches in a detached garage and service is completely unreliable - one day 1 works, the next day none work. I have tried resetting them and this fix is only good for a few hours at best. The switches become undetectable by the app in less than a day or two.

Not as easy to create the dawn/dusk rule. It comes on at sunset, but have to manual OFF.

The Wemo WiFi Smart Dimmer I received from Belkin was used and did not include all of its parts. The terminal wires were cut short, there were no screws to attach the switch to the box and there were no wire nuts. Belkin does not make easy to navigate their return process.

They're greeeeeeeat. I wish I could buy some additional single pole WeMo. Switches but they are nowhere to be found. If I can’t find some soon I need to switch to something else and remove my WeMo’s. Must be a Supply Chain problem.

Come on Wemo, other brands have dimmers compatible with 3 way switches. Why don’t you have one?
