Hi! I received these headphones as a gift recently and I noticed that the lights do not turn on for 3.5mm connection to an xbox controller. Is there any way that I can get the lights to work for xbox? Perhaps through a usb c to 3.5mm cable?

No sounds from Xbox whatsoever. Are these required to be plugged into a pc first and download a app to then be used on the Xbox? Instructions claim to plug straight into the controller and go and I have no sound.
Please update the software of your Xbox controller to ensure you're on the latest version and try again. Also, double-check if the headset's volume isn't muted or turned all the way down.

I can't seem to figure out how to get the microphone to work on my dell gaming laptop. The sound works fine just can't seem to figure it out I tried plugging in the usb type-c to type-a with the jack plugged in as well.
First, please make sure that the microphone is flipped down with the red LED off. Then, double-check your laptop is using the correct recording device (Quantum Headset). Will the quantum 400 work with a double usb-c cable? I have a usb-c port open on my pc
Depending on your device configuration, you can definitely use a USB-C to USB-C cable.

Are you able to independently Adjust the volume between chat and in game music
Our JBL Quantum 400 has Game-Chat Balance Support. You can adjust game-chat balance by rotating the dial-up and down. You will feel a notch in the dial that indicates 50 games and 50 chat when you rotate the dial. Or you can see the status on the top bar of the JBL QuantumENGINE.
