Logitech Rugged Folio Overview

The graphite Logitech Rugged Folio Protective Keyboard Case protects and adds additional functions to your 7th, 8th, and 9th generation 10.2" Apple iPad. Connecting via Apple's Smart Connector, this keyboard case won't require any pairing or charging. With a built-in kickstand, it offers 20 to 60° of adjustability to best fit your current application whether you're composing an email or watching a movie. Additionally, it supports multiple viewing modes such as Type, Viewing, Sketch, and Read.

An integrated stylus holder lets users bring along their favorite stylus for use on-the-go. Protection-wise, the Rugged Folio exceeds military drop tests and features spill-proof and dirt-resistant keys. They're also silent, so you won't bother others. For your convenience, the keyboard features a row of iOS function keys such as Home, Screen Brightness, Siri, and more. This case uses a secure magnetic latching system to keep the front cover closed when not in use.

I really like this cover as I have a habit of dropping things. It protects the iPad very well. It is on the weighty side which can be off putting for some. I really like the keyboard, it gives good tactile feedback when typing on it. After two weeks of use I am very pleased.

I was looking for a rugged case to transport my iPad and this fits the bill. The magnetic clasps work great to keep the rear support in place and the top fold over clasp securely holds it all together, plus, there’s a handy place to store my iPen. Awesome! So, the case is top notch! My one complaint is that the hyphen key is a little finicky, sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, but I can live with it. I still give it 5 stars! The keyboard is very responsive and “feels” right when I type. It’s pretty small in order to fit a Gen 7 iPad, so it takes a little getting used to compared to a full size keyboard, but it works really well. Since the case covers the volume buttons, there are a whole bunch of handy controls placed in the top row of the keys... volume controls included. Nice!

The case fit the iPad very well. With the Smart connector, the keyboard setup was instantaneous. The kickstand is solid and supports the iPad well.

I am completely happy with my purchase of the Logitech Rugged Keyboard folio for my 8th generation iPad. Love that the keyboard is sealed & impervious to spills ( what a relief!) And this product exceeds Military standards for protection & durability, the directions for it’s instillation & use are clear & concierge, if in doubt, check out any of the YouTube directional videos B & H shipped my purchase ( for free) to California in only 3 days, fabulous You can’t go wrong with this purchase, which was at much lower price than was available anywhere else M. Lynch
