Took care of a weird screen issue I was having with my Asus PQ 27 G-Sync monitor. Periodic flickering with the OEM cable. This eliminated that.

No default so far. It's long enough to pass through the cable management and go all the way to my PC. I personally display 4K content as 60Hz so it's more than enough for my needs.
