When it comes to the mouse, the COUGAR DEATHFIRE EX features an ambidextrous. It also has an ADNS-5050 optical gaming sensor and a resolution range from 500 to 2000 dpi. Additionally, it has OMRON gaming switches onboard for enhanced accuracy.

This keyboard and mouse combo utilizes USB connectivity for a driver-free and easy plug-and-play experience. It's also designed to support eight multicolor backlighting effects, one of which allows for customization. This keyboard is compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems.

I liked this keyboard and mouse a lot but the keys were a little small but other then that it was fine it works great easy the setup. The mouse too was pretty good but the buttons were very easy to come out so you have to be a very gentle with but overall this was a great order and don’t regret buying it

Not bad for the price. They keys are nice and smooth and feel sturdy. Definitely recommend

Will this work with a Mac? Can you turn of the backlight?

It is heavily designed for Windows and PC Gaming. It could theoretically be used on a MAC. The software controls would not be compatible (the lighting).
