EZQuest X40015 Reviews
Incompatible with Mac studio
Couldn't give enough power to get a clean picture. Just rainbow of colors. Tried it with the new Mac Studio. It may works with other brands. I ended up buying more expensive adapters from Amazon and they work perfectly.
Does the Job
It works and I'm happy with it.
Works well, revitalizes old tech
Pretty straightforward adapter and works as expected. In conjunction with a dual link adapter (purchased separately), I am able to use an obsolete Apple Display Connector display with a usb-c equipped MacBook Pro.
It doesn't work with Apple HD Cinema
Unless you do know something that i don't but this device does not work. Just got a iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 AMD Radeon Pro 5300 4 GB. I've been using forever this monitor with my Laptop Pro 2015 and never had a problem. I connected to the new iMac and the Cinema keeps blinking. Nobody has the answer to fix this problem.
I acquired an old monitor and wanted to use it with a new MacBook Pro. It works great. This is a great alternative if you want to continue using a monitor you have.
Works great with old display
This works perfectly with my old Apple HD Display and my new MacBook Pro.
Used to connect an Intel NUC 10th gen i7 to a second monitor through a Thunderbolt 3 port under Kubuntu 20.04. Working well with no issues.
this item is perfect, soon i conected my second monitor work right away
