To find your correct size, measure the circumference of the palm of your hand at its widest point, just below the fingers. This size 10 glove liner equates to a hand circumference of 8.2-8.9".

These liners have a very small entrance to get your hand through. They are designed for people with long thin hands. This seems to be more typical these days. The fingers are a little more than 1/2 too long while the palm size is too small. If I return them for the next size up them the palm would probably fit but the fingers would be so long as to be totally useless. The outer shell for these actually fit me very well. They also look different than in the photo. The inserts are not waterproof and are 100% polyester and are flat black except for the thumb, index, and middle fingertip which have the touch pad. The touchpad tips work fine. The gloves are well made and thought out and even tell you which one is L and R. These with the outer shell will do ok as long as the temp doesn't go below 10deg F. If below 20deg F I think you will have to insert a hand warmer.
