Simply swing one or more barndoor leaves into the path of the beam to light areas that you want illuminated and to keep light from areas where you don't want it.

So far, so good. I've used these barn doors on 5 shoots so far and they haven't caused me any issues. Way easier to deal with Dracast lighting when you can use these barn doors. Would definitely recommend purchasing simultaneously with the LED1000.
