Pelican's 7600 Rechargeable Tactical Tri-Color Flashlight is a versatile, light tool that can accompany you on your trips or help you in your workplace. The 7600 is outfitted with CNC-machined, high-quality aluminum, and is sealed with an NBR O-ring to be waterproof and submersible to 3.3'. Its anti-reflection coated window is protected with a crenellated bezel, and the diamond-textured, wide push button is surrounded by a crenelated shroud.

I purchased this for hiking at night. The battery life is supposedly more than 3 hours on high and 26 hours on low. The flashlight died in the middle of the night halfway down a mountain trail after less than an hour of use. B&H customer service referred me to Pelican, who will charge me $10 to even look at it. Awful experience all around. When spending this kind of money on a product, I expect it to work.

Compact, solid and bright

Very solid and extremely bright for its size. Ability to program the flashlight is a plus, but hang on to the instructions. It’s not intuitive. Fortunately, they’re available on line, so the paper copy isn’t a necessity. I programmed mine to cycle through high and low brightness. I don’t need the flashing light and the medium brightness level seems redundant. It’s not that different from full strength. I recommend this item.

A good little flashlight, the high setting is brighter than I had hoped for. Having the ability to choose the sequencing is pretty nice, I keep mine on the low-medium-high, without the strobe function. The red and green are a little odd, with only one off-center led each the light is off-center as well, but quite usable.

I use this for any type of light needs, camping and self defense. It is super bright and has rechargeable batteries. I purchased the cone and it makes it into a nice lantern light which I didn't expect. Super light, love it.

Is there a more worthless product? Yes, Pelican claims the light is programmable. Well good luck with that. I could not get it to reprogram. Calling the West Coast consumer sales line put me in touch with someone who sounded like she was at a bar while trying to do a service call. The customer support consisted of stating exactly what was in the poorly written instruction manual. I called the East Coast office and it was marginally better but still ineffectual. I am not sure I really need a stroboscopic effect from a flashlight. This turkey of a product will be heading back to the supply depot soon.

This is an awesome rechargeable flashlight. Max output is very bright when needed. Variable brightness is very handy. RED LED is good for preserving night vision.

what comes in box with pelican 7600 3 color flashlight?

The flashlight w/rechargeable battery, the USB cord for charging, a battery holder adapter in case you want to use CR123s batteries in it (good for back up),CR123s are not included with it, and the operation instructions are in the box.

What's the difference between the 7600 and the 7600WRB?

I just called Pelican Customer Support. They said the only difference is that the WRB model comes with a red lens instead of a green lens. How that justifies a $28 up-charge is beyond me. Pelican didn't know either.
