Maglite's first 1000-lumen torch, the black ML150LR-6019 Rechargeable LED Flashlight employs patented heat sink technology that allows use of a bright LED for law enforcement, security, and general-use purposes. The light comes with a charging cradle that connects to a 12 VDC vehicle direct lead or 120 VAC plug-in converter.

The ML150LR offers eco, low, and high power settings as well as a strobe mode, with momentary and constant-on operation, all controlled from a side-mounted push-button switch. The settings are further organized into four function sets: General (high, low, eco), Outdoor (high, low, strobe), Law Enforcement (momentary, high, eco) and Tactical (momentary, high, strobe). Runtimes range from 3.3 hours on high to 79 hours on Eco. Spot-to-flood focus is adjusted with the classic Maglite quarter-turn head-twist mechanism. The light's three lithium-iron phosphate batteries recharge in about 2.5 hours and are rated for up to 1000 charge/discharge cycles. Measuring 10.7" long and weighing just under a pound, the light features an anodized aluminum housing and is IPX4-rated water resistant. The charging cradle has a status indicator light and an ergonomic quick release button and is designed to grip the light securely, even upside down or in a moving vehicle on rough road.

Works as it should. Very bright. Only had it for a couple weeks so I can't say much more than that.

Nice strong white light with good range. It has good weight to it and feels sturdy. Charger works well and is easily mountable to a wall for easy use.

I like my Maglite torches & have a couple of minis, which are great for travelling. I used to have a fullsize 3D cell Maglite, which broke somehow & I left in Swapokmund. The rechargeable ML150LR is lighter, more compact, & brighter, a great replacement. In fact, I am tossing up whether to bother taking a mini or rely just on the ML150LR when travelling. l guess an extra 120gs, not much in it.

This is by far and away the best flashlight you can buy. The versatility is unsurpassed I have had surefire and Maglite flashlights for the last 20 years and Maglite haven't done the rest of the flashlight industry favour From the new locking charging cradle to the power output versatility this is a game changer. I have mounted one to the cargo barrier on the back of my TV news vechicle put one in at home and one at work Money well spent

The ML150 is a very nice flashlight. It's a cross between the ML125 and Mag Charger. Pros very bright and a nice size. The beam appears to throw farther then the mag charger. The flip side is the beam does have a hole in the middle when set to full flood. This is only noticeable on the widest be setting. The ML series and Mag Charger had this issue solved but lost some throw. Although, The half turn of the ML150 creates a nice flood beam with no hole in the middle. Only other issue is mine didn't come with the wall charger. It only came with a car charger plug. Make sure you get both chargers. I highly recommend.

Just What I Needed

I have owned other Maglites, and their quality and functionality led me to purchase this one. I need it primarily for storm preparedness, and the charger means I never have to worry about whether the flashlight will work when it's needed. I don't need its various modes and functions; I just want it to be bright and reliable, and it is. Thanks!

Very good

What is the main difference between maglite 4019, 3019 and 1019
Asked by: Ayo
The 1019 has a 120VAC and a 12VDC charger. The 3019 has a 120vac charger. The 4019 has a 240VAC and a 12VDC charger. The light output and battery are the same in all three. In the US you will want one of the 1019 or 3019 options depending on if you want a car charger.
