What is the main difference between maglite 4019, 3019 and 1019
The 1019 has a 120VAC and a 12VDC charger.
The 3019 has a 120vac charger.
The 4019 has a 240VAC and a 12VDC charger.
The light output and battery are the same in all three. In the US you will want one of the 1019 or 3019 options depending on if you want a car charger.

They are the size of "D" batteries in diameter... It is one solid long tube & looks like 5 "C" but I checked and the diameter as well as the flashlight itself takes (3) size "D" regular batteries
