The IP Buddy+ IP and Analog Surveillance Camera Test Monitor from SecurityTronix is a camera tester designed for the maintenance and installation of IP and analog cameras, as well as other security/surveillance equipment. This tester has a 7" retina touchscreen with a 1920 x 1200 resolution. Built-in Wi-Fi enables the device to receives images from wireless cameras, as well as ONVIF and customized IP cameras. Additionally, you'll be able to take snapshots and save the images as JPEG files. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery delivers up to 10 hours of battery life on a full charge. The tester is equipped with a 1080p HDMI input and output, a 10/100/1000M self-adaptive network port, and an integrated microSD slot that supports cards up to 32GB. An 8GB microSD card is included.

Which ip ptz cameras will this work with?
This is compatible with any Onvif 2.4 complaint ptz camera. There also is the ability to use newer cameras with firmware updates.

This test monitor will work with IP cameras that are Onvif Profile S compliant.

I've only used it on IP cameras but I believe the documentation indicated is does support HD TVI.
