The 0.5" x 45 yd Pro Spike Fluorescent Cloth Gaffers Tape is made of a matte cotton cloth backing that has a synthetic rubber-based adhesive, which has a lasting strength and conforms to irregular surfaces. The 11-mil tape unwinds smoothly from the core for application, and tears easily by hand. The fluorescent yellow color is highly visible, and can be seen from afar in under less than adequate lighting. Therefore, the tape can be applied to stage floors for positioning of actors, for marking a direction in a stairwell, identifying equipment cases, or simply holding things together. In addition, the abrasion and weather-resistant tape removes easily and leaves no residue on the surface.

ProTapes Pro Spike Tape Reviews
Colorful benefit for musicians
Does a great job identifying different lines and keeping them tidy. No sticky after use to clean up.
Sticks to stuff
Top notch sticking ability, will buy again!
The tape is a nice white, is easy to use and tears well while being sturdy! Glad I found it at a good price.
seems fine. tried using it on carpet to hold down end of seamless and it didn't hold. likely not it's intended purpose though
Good quality, good colors
We needed some more spike tape colors and these are greatl
Good for mixer console labeling
The low-adhesive labeling tapes have been getting bad reviews, so I figured I'd try this product in white and 1/2 width. I can write on it, even with a pencil. It sticks effectively and peels up cleanly.
Perfect Spike Tape
exactly what one needs in spike tape for a stage, or, whatever you need to spike.
It Just Works
The best brand that I've used. It works every time even after repositioning the tape.
