I had pair of wool knit fingerless gloves that finally wore out. These work great within knit loops to get caught in the gear.
These replaced fingerless gloves I had that were made of similar (same?) materials, but were another brand, and were lost in a flood. The size chart lead me to order XL size, which is quite snug. Hope with some wear they will loosen up some.
I use my Glacier gloves with a warming pack for outdoor cold weather photography. As well, I need them for computer work inside during our coldest months.
I purchased the XXL size as I have large hands and didn't want any movement restrictions. This worked perfectly. I used them with hand warmers inside the palm to shoot a football game in 40 degree weather on the day they arrived. My hands stayed warm and I had great control of the camera and lens. (Nikon D5 and 80-400). I could easily adjust settings and make changes without removing the gloves.
