Ive attempted to connected my bmpcc4k's HDMI directly to the back of computer moniotrs and gotten "out of range". Will this device allow the monitors to recognize my camera and display the footage?
Asked by: Rhadames
The issue seems to be the distance/range of the HDMI cable you are using. Consider an active HDMI cable: Pearstone HDA-A635 Active High-Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet (35') B&H # PEHDAA635: https://bhpho.to/2Q2qBjS Key Features Supports DCI 4K @ 60 Hz, 3D Active, Directional Design 24kt Gold-Plated Connectors Aluminum Braid Insulation PVC Jacket Supports Audio Return Channel

question

Does HDR10 work through this adapter? Is it forward compatible with HDMI 2.0b?
Asked by: Kurian
Yes, it will tell the HDR to output any resolution you dial in. Dont use the learner function, its its works oddly
