Will this port work with the Panasonic GH5 housing, metabones adapter and the extension (B&H #IK75028)? x

Will this fit the tamron 15-30 f2.8?
Yes you can use this port, but it is highly likely you will need a couple of extension rings as I did with my Canon 16-35 f2.8. I would email Ikelite and ask them.

Will this dome port fit a Canon 17-40mm lens? f4
Yes. It will be paired with an extension to accommodate the 17-40. The extension will depend on which camera system you are using. At the bottom of each model's page you'll find a port chart. Or just let us know and we can advise the correct parts.
