The mic's cardioid polar pattern naturally minimizes room noise by focusing its audio capture on whatever is in front of the mic, keeping audio pickup of the back an sides of the capsule to a minimum. This is great for content creators who don't have fancy room treatment. The mic comes with its own stand and USB cable, so no need to buy accessories there. Also, the Snow Ball Ice's driverless operation ensures connectivity to your computer right out of the gate: you won't need to download any additional software to have your computer recognize this microphone. Just plug it in, open your recording software or favorite VoIP platform, and your voice will be heard.

For Your Voice

Whether you're solo podcasting, streaming game-play, or just need to VoIP with people over Skype, Zoom, or Discord, the Snowball ICE will offer a clear and present sound so that your voice will be heard.

Fits Your Needs

This mic is perfect for recording directly to computers, be they mac or windows systems. With the right, separately available adapters, you can also record with Android and iOS devices.

Quality Digital Capture

The mic records audio at 16-bit / 44 kHz, giving you the CD-standard in digital quality for a great sound.

Simple to Set Up

Just mount the Snowball Ice on the included stand, plug the mic into your computer's USB port with the included cable, select it as a device in your recording or VoIP software, and you're ready to get to work. The mic runs off your device's power, so no need to plug it into a wall. With driver-free operation, you won't have to download pesky software to get it up and running.

question

Im trying to record a friends band and the audio from the video cameras is kinda distorted from one camera to the other when editing clips. Can I use this microphone with a usb to lightning adapter for my iPhone 7plus and record the audio or should I use my mac?
Asked by: felix z.
The Blue Snowball iCE is a great mic but it's mono and ideal for voice-overs or podcasts. I would highly recommend you consider the Zoom IQ7 (B&H# ZOIQ7). It has the ability to connect directly to the lighting port of your iPhone and record high quality stereo audio.

What USB connector is used an A or C?

What USB connector is used an A or C?
Asked by: Richard
The USB connector on the Snowball iCE microphone is standard USB Type-B (not mini or micro). You can use a USB Type-B to USB Type-A cable like the Pearstone USB 2.0 Type-A Male to Type-B Male Cable - 6 ft (B&H # PECUAMUBM6) or a Type-B to Type-C cable like the StarTech USB Type-C Male to USB Type-B Male Cable - 3.3' (B&H # STUSB2CB1M). The cable you need is dependent on the type of USB connector that your computer has. You can also use an adapter on a Type-A connector to convert it to Type-C, like the Kramer USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C to USB Type-A Adapter (B&H # KRADUSB31CAE).

question

Does it work well with Adobe Premiere pro?
Asked by: Abdul razak I.
The Blue Snowball iCE will work into Adobe Premiere Pro. Whether it is the right mic of choice for the application depends entirely on what the application is. The Snowball iCe is used for capturing studio-quality audio for vocals, music, and multimedia production; just to list a few.
