Yes, Elite Screens provides ropes and stakes to anchor the screen. For additional stability sandbags(sold separately) can be placed on the legs. As per the user manual ◆ Be sure to use the screen only during a light breeze; it is not meant to withstand heavy winds. *Elite Screens is not responsible for damages due to negligence resulting from misuse under weather conditions and will void your warranty.

Yes as long as you have the room to put it I have used it both inside and out. Awesome picture quality. Would buy again.
