The HW530 has been designed for use in customer care centers, help desks, telesales, and customer service centers where users will encounter the rigors of call-intensive environments. To this end, the HW530 has been designed to help minimize operational disruptions and downtime while also maintaining the comfort of those using it. The HW530 has been designed with a flexible and noise-canceling mic, soft ear cushions, and Quick Disconnect. question

Is this used or refurbished?
Asked by: Anonymous
All items in our inventory would be new, unless clearly stated otherwise on the item's page. And for the most part, no used or refurbished items will come up in a search unless you are specifically looking in our Used Department.

question

What connection type does this headset use? rj-9 or 3.5mm?
Asked by: Anonymous
The connection type is Plantronics QD (Quick Disconnect) plug. You would need to use their Visa M22 adapter for RJ-11 or their DA80 adapter to go to USB.

question

DOES IT CONNECT TO PLANTRONICS P10 SYSTEM?
Asked by: Anonymous
Not sure, but I highly recommend that you buy from a place that has real tech support, not B&H. We wound up finding a seller on Amazon with an 800 number who knew how to connect it, and we didn't even buy from him.
