I’m not the most techie person, but as long as the MacBook has a USB port, I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I have the Lenovo Legion and it was literally a matter of plugging in the USB Chip on the side of the machine and turning the mouse on with batteries to get it working-Pretty much plug and play.
