The light ships with a 100-240 VAC power adapter ...
The light ships with a 100-240 VAC power adapter for worldwide use and, with an optional adapter, it also runs on 24 VDC in locations where mains power is unavailable. My question is what is that optional adapter and where is it. Am sorry the photos posted here and even on dracast website shows nothing. Even the video doesn't show how this thing is powered whether by AC or the DC alternative. Any help please?
If you want to power it with 24v, you'd need to wire the silver plug you see sticking out the side yourself. I believe that's what they're calling the adapter.

question
Does Dracast recommend a a bag or case that will fit the light with stand ?
This case here is the only one we have which will fit this light comfortably: http://www.dracast.com/store/p103/SKB_iSeries_3021.html Other than this case, we do not have any specific recommendations, although there are many different brands of case which would likely work just as well. // Also, if there are any other technical or product related questions, feel free to contact us directly at any time at [email protected]

question
User ratings on these DRACAST lights are a laugh-riot. Every single light they have here gets absolutely nothing but 5-stars. Must be the very first product in history of Humankind to be this perfect? Give it up already, Darcast employees.
SHOPPER: All of the reviews for this light are legitimate, and were posted by legitimate purchasers/users. // KURT: I'm glad you like it! // JOHN-PAUL N.: All reviews are now posted only by people who have purchased them. You can no longer review the item unless you purchased it from B&H // ASHTON: I am sorry about the experience you had. Normally any ads for our lights are clearly marked with the type of color temperature the light has (daylight, tungsten, bi-color). I hope you were able to get that cord replaced. --- Also, if there are any other technical or product related questions, feel free to contact us directly at any time at [email protected]

question
Is the DMX one channel? Was wondering if I can use this light with a traditional light board to control a couple dozen of these lights.
Several of these lights can be connected to any DMX controller and you would get 512 channels to choose from in one universe of DMX.

question
Does this light have any flicker issues when shooting at faster frame rates? (above 30fps) My current LED starts to see flickering at lower dimmed levels when shooting at 30fps, and a lot of flickering at higher outputs when shooting 60+fps.
This light would not have any issues with flickering above 30 frames per second.

question
How many hours do the bulbs last? Are they interchngable or what do you do when a LED light reaches the end? Thank you!
Dracast gives the estimated life of the led lifetime about 50,000 hours. For replacement that needs to be sent to Dracast. It is not user replaceable.
